If you’ve had a miscarriage, I’ve been in your shoes. And it sucks.
Miscarriage and pregnancy loss is heartbreaking, unfair, frustrating and sad.
And the waiting game is the worst part. Waiting for that positive test in the first place to then going through a loss and wondering when your body will return to “normal.”
I also had a million questions that were left unanswered by the healthcare providers. I was given very little information and not a single resource to support me while on my journey.
Without my sister in law, Bailey, I would have been SO LOST – to put it politely.
Bailey has a nursing background focused on women’s health, including bereavement care, and witnessed first hand the lack of resources for pregnancy loss.
This gap in care, and 75% of women reporting feeling undersupported after a miscarriage, moved us to create Matriiva.
Our aim? Delivering accessible at-home courses packed with education, support, and resources for those navigating pregnancy loss. These courses are designed to be approachable, offering a new avenue beyond traditional support groups and resources.
We currently have our Miscarriage Support Course with more resources on the way.
Check it out and share it with anyone you know going through a miscarriage.
